Student Events

To make sure international students who have been vaccinated abroad can attend, and in line with other Leeds venues, other UK student unions and updated government requirements, we won’t be checking the NHS Covid app passports but ask all students attending to play their part in keeping our campus safe, so:

All other Events

We won’t be checking NHS Covid app passports unless this is a booking/ticket requirement as determined by the agent, artist or organiser. Ticket holders will be notified in advance of any requirement so the correct documentation/evidence can be presented if required.

  • As above, we ask venue attendees to ensure that they are safe to attend and to not attend if showing covid-19 symptoms. 
  • If you are unable to attend due to testing positive for Covid-19 or showing systems, please contact your point of purchase who can advise on refund/credit situation for the event/ticket.
